THIS POST CONTAINS AFFILIATE LINKS, WHICH MEANS THAT I RECEIVE A SMALL PROFIT, IF YOU CLICK THE LINKS AND MAKE A PURCHASE. THIS COMES AT NO COST TO YOU, BUT HELPS TO SUPPORT THE COST OF KEEPING A CUP OF KIMS UP AND RUNNING. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THIS SPACE!
Admittedly, I am not the most organized person at home. While I like to keep things organized and as clean as I can, I sometimes have put things in places that don’t really make sense simply to find a place to put it. It honestly wasn’t until my mom, who is WAY more organized than me, helped me really do a better job at designating certain spaces for certain things so that I could easily find them later.
When it came to our baby girl’s nursery, one of the things I immediately said I wanted out of that space was for it to be functional and organized. This is our first child, so I don’t know what to expect during postpartum. I imagine we’ll both be feeling pretty tired though, so I figure that the easier we can make things by keeping her nursery (and other areas but especially her nursery) organized, the easier it’ll be for us to develop routines without feeling flustered about “where’s____?” in the middle of the night.
In today’s post, I thought I would share some of the things we’ve purchased so far in hopes of keeping her space organized. It’ll be fun to revisit this post after she’s born to see how helpful this was. I’ll definitely have to update it or write another post sharing what we loved and what worked for us, but I digress.
Here’s what we’ve purchased or are planning to purchase so far!
Just a reminder that in hopes of respecting those of you who may not want to read our baby and pregnancy-related content at this time and in hopes of having no limit to how much of it we can share, we’re sharing the full details on our Substack.
