Something I don’t think we’ve done before on our blog is share some of our favorites. Typically, if we like something, we share it on our blog. We do this when we feel our audience would like it too. We wanted to try something different this time. We decided to share a recap post. It includes some of the items we’ve used and loved throughout the year. Think of it almost like our own version of the “My Favorite Things” song from The Sound of Music.
A Few of Our Favorite Things
- This picture holder we actually purchased twice! We use it in our kitchen and living room for our framed art.
- This art is currently sitting in our living room! It’s a framed canvas art, and I love how it enhances our space. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.
- This espresso machine is one of our favorite purchases of the year because it’s more affordable than the higher-end coffee machines, but it’s just as convenient and makes great lattes.
- Our daughter LOVES these blocks. She frequently asks to play with them and loves building and taking them apart.
- These water cups are the only cups she’ll drink from after trying many many different types of cups.
- Another item that she’s loved recently are these Little People toys!
- This waterproof rain jacket has a lining on the inside of it that makes it a little warmer and it’s been perfect for those cooler rainy days.
- We love how this curling cream brings out her natural curls!
- These flashcards are another favorite of our daughter’s. She loves reading them!
- I don’t know why it took me so long to buy these door wreath hangers. It’s so much better than the Command Strips that I used to use.
- This lip gloss has become one of my favorites of this year.
- This Greek statue vase that we use as a utensil holder.
- This jewelry organizer because I have a ton of jewelry that needed to have a place to go where I could see it when picking out my outfits.
- I wear this ring set a lot!
- This red licorice is something that my husband and I found out about through one of his colleagues and we’ve been fans ever since.
- I love wearing these oval blue light glasses. They look very similar to the Miu Miu ones.
- The Kodak PIXIPRO is a purchase that we loved so much that we wrote a blog post on it. I still use this camera for some of our photographs that we take on the go.
- These faux tulips were purchased for my desk at work! I brought them in white, but the red ones are also gorgeous!
- This keyboard mat has gotten a lot of compliments at my desk at work.
- I needed a new purse because one of my most-used ones broke, and I love the amount of storage space in it.
- I love a good off-the-shoulder top, and this black one from Old Navy did not disappoint.
- This cropped cardigan feels so comfortable on and looks so chic.
- This top is one of my favorites to wear. It’s so flattering and the print reminds me of something I wore in the early 2010s.
- I LOVE this shirt for obvious reasons (#gobirds), but it’s so comfortable as well. I like pairing it with leggings or a bodysuit under.
- After I got past the fact that these shoes are larger than I’m used to, I grew to love them as I love the color and the shape. The soles of the shoes are also so comfortable!
