How is it already the end of March? I feel like January was so long, but as soon as it was over, the months have been flying by. Does it feel like that for anyone else? Maybe that’s because for a long time I’ve been living my life in two-week intervals and as a result, the months just go by so quickly.
Although February is typically the busiest month for us, March stepped in and proved to be a pretty busy one as well. There’s a LOT going on, some things I’m definitely worried about and praying will get resolved soon, but we’re praying that things work out in the way we’ve been praying and hoping that it will. Have you ever had something you’ve been praying or hoping for for a long, long time? I feel like we’ve been in a proverbial waiting room for a long time, but we’re both hoping we’ll find ourselves out of that very soon and walking in what we’ve been praying for.
We’ve been changing some things up on the blog that you might have noticed and I’m hoping to get more serious about this whole preset thing. I’ve been sharing the ones we’ve created, but I’m hoping to share more and get more insight on what types of presets our subscribers tend to like and go from there. If you’re subscribed to our preset newsletter, we’d love to know your thoughts!
Anyway, here are some of the things we’ve loved this past month.
READING
Yep – you guessed it…still reading Last Girl Ghosted and Crying in H-Mart. I did do a little more reading out of it this month. Planning to treat myself to a new book after I finish, so send recs!
LISTENING
Honestly, we haven’t really been listening to many podcasts this past month. Just mostly NPR, which we listen to every morning on the way to work.
WATCHING
We watched “Worst Roommate Ever” which was a wild show for sure. I’ve also been catching up on my reality TV shows lately.
LINKS
Lunch is probably the hardest thing for me to figure out to eat, but this post has some good suggestions that I might try!
I enjoyed this post from Carly. It was a nice glimpse of what’s been going on in her life.
How cute is this nursery?
This list of reader-curated green flags!
Very much appreciated the honesty and rawness of this post. It’s not something that a lot of people feel like they can or do openly talk about, but it’s something that should be. This post also I think hopefully sheds light on how common and heartbreaking this can be.
We enjoy watching Kara and Nate’s travel videos and often live vicariously through their world travels, especially since the pandemic. This video of them traveling in their van to Mexico was pretty cool!
Something about this video feels so soothing and informative at the same time.
This gallery wall is stunning!
This makes me want to re-paint our bedroom walls.
