When I say this unit was goals, it was goals.
LIVING SPACE

LIVING SPACE
The grey, pull out couch was very cozy and the entire room was decorated to perfection. It felt like a spread in a magazine and less like an AirBnb that you were laying your head in while visiting a city.
One of my favorite parts about the home was the rugs.
I am not a fan of animal print on rugs, but there was something about this that made it look modern and was done so tastefully.
KITCHEN

The kitchen had a butcher block for the countertop, which I find to be both functional and really nice! The cabinets were all modern, the room was decorated in a way that was simplistically done but still made you feel like you were at home.
There were some parts I did not photograph because there were some personal photographs on the fridge and out of respect for the hosts, I did not feel comfortable sharing that.
DINING AREA

This dinning area was even more stunning in person! I remember it being one of the reasons why I wanted to stay in the place because it was so beautifully decorated. Everything from the chairs they selected to the decorative items made it feel very much like a home you’d stay in if you were an editor of a magazine – trendy yet not cheesy.
BEDROOM

The bedroom was by far my favorite place in the house. Other than the fact that it was a great place for sleeping, the colors in it were so eclectic, pretty, and well paired. I honestly would’ve never imagined pairing some of the things they managed to style together so well.
BATHROOM

The bathroom reminded me a lot of the beautiful bathrooms at the Lokal Hotel in Old City in Philadelphia. Subway tile never gets old and if we get to the point where we can renovate some places in our home, I’d definitely love to add different tiles to our bathroom.
Ultimately, this was probably my favorite one so far that I’ve stayed in. My only wish is we could’ve stayed there longer because it was seriously so cute! If we’re ever up that way again for whatever reason (Yale acceptance – maybe?), I would definitely consider staying in this place, again.
Where’s the best place you’ve stayed, recently?
