We actually had this trip planned before we planned our trip to Hershey that my husband put together. We knew that we wanted to safely go somewhere we’ve been to before and felt comfortable doing so. So, we both took some time off of work, packed our bags, and drove on up to New England, an area that has quickly become one of our favorite places to visit – especially during the summer.
Perhaps it’s the majestic seas or incredible seafood, but whatever it is, we seem to find ourselves back there every summer to explore some of our favorite spots and try out new ones that we haven’t discovered yet. While we’ll go more in detail about where we stayed, what we did, how we safely navigated our trip, and some of the ways we saved money while doing so in future posts, we wanted this post to focus on snapshots we took on our phone. Some don’t really have a rhyme or reason (such as the obligatory selfies we took on our drives to random places or while near the ocean), but we thought it might be fun to include.
The filter used for the majority of these photographs is the free filter I shared with our photography newsletter subscribers and some I haven’t released yet that are inspired by film cameras. I like how a lot of these turned out.
Without further adieu, here are some of the photographs we snapped while there on our cellphones.
